There's a ton of things to see in New Orleans. Some of Amanda and Frank's favorites are: Taking a walk (or ride on the streetcar) down St. Charles Avenue to Audubon Park, strolling around the French Quarter and ordering beignets from Café Du Monde, taking in the National WWII Museum and exploring the historical cemeteries throughout the city.
You can also take a riverboat tour on the Mississippi River or go on a wild adventure outside of the city for a swamp tour. For more ideas to make your trip fantastic, check out this article.

Some other areas to consider staying are the Central Business District, the Garden District, the Warehouse Arts District and the Faubourg Marigny area. However, the French Quarter and the Central Business District will be the most convenient for wedding events.
